We stayed at a fantastic hotel in Da Nang with great value for money. The room was even more beautiful than the pictures, and the bathroom was amazing. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shops, with taxis and a bus station close by. The staff, especially Thao at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The manager, Le Thi Hoi, made sure we had a comfortable stay and constantly checked in on us. it was a wonderful experience.

The breakfast could be improved with more variety.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Lastly, I really appreciated the attention to detail, like having rooms with balconies. It was a lovely touch.

They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and were eager to receive any advice to enhance their business.
